Third graders in Mrs. Whalen's class read the book A Letter from Your Teacher on the first day of school by Shannon Olsen. They talked as a class about getting to know each other and forming relationships with classmates and the teacher. The students then wrote letters to her to share anything they wanted her to know about them as they started the year!
